Rangitoto and Flax Flower large cross

My objective while designing is to capture our Maori culture while combining New Zealand history and beauty through the mediums of photography, drawing and silkscreening.

Every cross is individually made from a New Plymouth white stoneware clay. Once dried each cross undergoes 3 firing.
Creating small secret surprises to be hung in all those knocks and crannies throughout your homes.
